At JTC Photography, every experience begins with free consultation to make sure we're a good fit for each other. Once that is complete, a session fee that reserves your date and begins the creative process.
Your session fee covers your follow-up consultations, session planning, photography time, creative direction, image preparation, previews, and ordering assistance. The session fee is separate from your final order and is not applied as a credit toward prints, products, or digital images.
During and after your session, you will have opportunities to preview your portraits, explore minor editing ideas, and discuss how you would like to enjoy your finished images. In many cases, we can begin selecting images and designing prints or artwork while we are still on location.
As part of the portrait experience, every client places a final order for professionally produced prints and photographic products, digital images, or a combination of both.
There are no prebuilt packages and no minimum order amount. You simply choose the images and finished products you love.
JTC Photography is a print-focused portrait studio. Prints, wall artwork, albums, announcements, keepsakes, and other photographic products are professionally prepared, ordered, and quality-checked through JTC Photography.
The session fee is non-refundable once booked and is required to officially reserve your date.
Senior & Graduation Portraits

A guided portrait experience designed to celebrate personality, accomplishments, and the exciting chapter ahead.
Includes consultation, session planning, photography time, professional editing preparation, proofing, and a private artwork and image ordering appointment.
After viewing your portraits, you will place a final order for graduation announcements, professionally produced prints, wall artwork, albums, keepsakes, digital images, or a combination of these options.
Engagement Portraits
Starting at $395
A meaningful portrait experience created around your connection, your story, and the season leading up to marriage.
Includes consultation, session planning, photography time, professional editing preparation, proofing, and a private artwork and image ordering appointment.
After viewing your portraits, you will place a final order for save-the-dates, announcements, professionally produced prints, wall artwork, albums, keepsakes, digital images, or a combination of these options.
Boudoir Portrait Experience
Starting at $595
A private, guided portrait experience focused on confidence, beauty, and creating artwork that feels personal, intentional, and empowering.
Includes consultation, session planning, photography time, professional editing preparation, proofing, and a private artwork and image ordering appointment.
After privately viewing your portraits, you will place a final order for albums, professionally produced prints, wall artwork, keepsakes, digital images, or a combination of these options.
Weddings
Coverage pricing is based on your day, timeline, and photography needs.
Wedding photography is handled separately from standard portrait sessions because every wedding day has a different timeline, level of coverage, and amount of support needed.
Coverage options may include lead photographer coverage, assistant support, second photographer coverage, engagement portraits, timeline planning, albums, thank-you cards, wall art, parent prints, gift prints, acrylic pieces, and digital image options.
Wedding coverage and artwork options are reviewed during consultation so your final quote is built around your actual day instead of a one-size-fits-all package.

After viewing your portraits, you will place a final order for professionally produced prints and photographic products, digital images, or a combination of both.
How Artwork & Image Ordering Works
During and after your session, you will review your portraits and choose the images you love most. Depending on the session and location, previews and creative editing ideas may be shown while we photograph, allowing you to be part of the creative process as your images are being made.
From there, we build your final order around your favorite images, your needs, your space, your occasion, and your budget.
Every portrait client places a final order for professionally produced prints and photographic products, digital images, or a combination of both. There are no prebuilt packages and no minimum order amount.
Every unique image purchased as a professionally produced print or photographic product includes a matching digital companion file for personal viewing and online sharing.
Clients may also purchase additional digital images in collections of 5, 10, 15, or the entire curated gallery.
Final orders are paid in full before print production or final digital delivery begins.
STEP 01
Consultation
Every session begins with a one-on-one consultation. This gives us time to talk through your vision, your story, your goals for the final artwork, and the details that will help make your session feel personal and intentional.
STEP 02
Contract & Reservation
Once your session is selected, your contract is signed, and your session fee is paid, your date is officially reserved. We can then begin planning the location, wardrobe, timing, creative direction, and the types of finished images or products you may want to consider.
STEP 03
Session Day
This is where everything comes together. Your session is guided from start to finish with direction, posing help, and attention to detail so you can relax, be present, and enjoy the experience.
When practical, you may also see image previews and creative editing ideas while we photograph. This provides an opportunity to evaluate different looks, discuss your favorites, and begin considering prints, products, and digital-image selections while the experience is still fresh.
STEP 04
preview, selection & Final order
During or after your session, you will review your portraits, select your favorites, and place your final order for professionally produced prints and photographic products, digital images, or a combination of both. Once the order is complete and paid in full, printed products are sent into production and digital images are prepared for delivery through your private, secure online gallery.
Digital Image Options
Digital images are available for clients who want to enjoy and share their professionally finished portraits on phones, tablets, computers, social media, and other personal online spaces.
All digital images are fully and professionally edited. They are optimized in size and resolution for screen viewing and online sharing, delivered through a private, secure gallery, and include a JTC Photography watermark.
Digital files are not delivered at print-production resolution and do not include a third-party print release.
Additional Digital Image Collections
5 additional digital images — $295
10 additional digital images — $495
15 additional digital images — $695
Entire curated gallery — $995
These collections contain additional images beyond any matching digital companion files included with the client’s print and product purchases.
Digital Companion Files Included With Print Orders
Every unique image purchased as a professionally produced print or photographic product includes a matching digital companion file at no additional charge.
For example, if three different portraits are ordered as printed products, the client receives the three matching digital companion files. Multiple copies of the same portrait include one matching digital companion file for that unique image.
Clients may then purchase a collection of 5, 10, 15, or the entire curated gallery to receive additional digital images beyond those included with their print order.
The Entire Curated Gallery
The Entire Curated Gallery includes every final portrait selected and professionally finished by JTC Photography for presentation.
It does not include duplicate frames, test photographs, unfinished proofs, rejected images, or unedited files.
Professional Print Production
All physical prints, wall artwork, albums, announcements, keepsakes, and photographic products are prepared and ordered through JTC Photography.
Each selected image is prepared for its specific size and material, professionally produced through a color-managed photographic laboratory, inspected for quality, and delivered ready to enjoy.
JTC Photography cannot guarantee the color, cropping, materials, quality, or longevity of products printed through outside consumer printing services.
Digital images are licensed for personal viewing and online sharing. They may not be commercially used, resold, altered, reproduced, or submitted to third-party printing services.
These digital-image prices and policies apply to standard portrait sessions. Wedding photography uses a separate image-delivery and product structure.
